How long is the event?

The immersive experience will last for approximately 3 hours. However the bar will be open and there will be music after and we welcome you to stay for a drink. Please refer to your ticket for information on arrival time

What are the event dates?

Rumble in the Jungle is live from Sep 14th-Dec 10th. Shows run Tuesday-Sunday inclusive with matinee performances on Saturday and Sunday

Are food & drink available?

Themed and specially curated street-food will be available so come hungry!

Does the bar & food stands take cash or card?

Card only

What do I wear?

As this is an immersive experience which encourages self-exploration, you may find yourself on your feet for the majority of the experience, and we therefore recommend comfortable footwear. 

Further information will follow with specific advice on how you can dress the part and get involved in the time travel experience

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, however we recommend that you check in only outerwear. We won’t be able to accommodate large items such as suitcases

Will there be seating?

There will be seating available for the fight however the experience is free-roaming so you should prepare to be moving around the venue for a good portion of the evening

Will there be toilets?

Yes there will be gender neutral toilets available for everyone inside the experience

WIll you be selling merchandise?

Yes, Merchandise will be available on site and you can also pre-order merchandise from our webstore

What time should I arrive/

Audiences begin to enter the experience from 6.45pm for evening performances (Tuesday-Sunday) and from 1.00pm for matinee performances (Saturday-Sunday).

There are three entry times and earlier entry times will have more free time to roam.

Latecomers will be permitted at venue’s discretion but will miss a portion of the show.

Do you allow late-comers?

Late-comers will be permitted at the discretion of the venue staff but may miss out on portions of the show

Can I re-enter?

No, this journey is one way!

Are there any age restrictions?

Anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by a ticket holding adult (aged 18 or over)

What time should I arrive?

There are three entry times for each performance. Please choose the entry time that suits you best and make sure to arrive 15 mins before your allotted timeslot . If you miss your slot we will do our best to accommodate, however we are unable to guarantee that you will be able to join a later timeslot and may experience a delay getting inside the experience

What can I bring?

You will be immersed in Kinsahsa, so we recommend that you are able to move freely around the space, therefore without large bags or coats (we have a cloakroom onsite). You are welcome to bring your mobile phone but please do not bring long lens cameras with flash

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?


Are there lighting/special effects used?

Lighting and special effects will be used throughout the experience. Further information on these will be provided in due course. Please contact us if you have concerns we can address

Will there be a Box Office at the venue?


What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable

What is your exchange policy?

If a performance is cancelled an exchange into a future performance will be offered

How many tickets can I purchase in one booking?

As many as you like but please get in touch regarding large group bookings
