Is the show wheelchair accessible?
Rumble In The Jungle Rematch is a fully wheelchair-accessible experience. The venue, Dock X, has step-free access throughout. For the seated part of the show, there are wheelchair specific spaces. There are accessible toilets within the venue.
Where is the nearest accessible parking space?
We have reserved parking spaces at Dock-X for Blue Badge holders.

Are there steps within the experience?
The only steps in this experience are in the arena portion of the show, which has raked non-reserved seating. For those unable to use the steps, there are seats at floor level and spaces reserved for wheelchair users.
Are there any loud noises or bright lights?
We use theatrical lighting throughout the experience. Certain areas of the experience will be brighter than others. Elements of the experience contain live music and percussion If you have any additional sensory requirements, please speak to a member of staff on entry; we have ear defenders and can direct you to the more relaxed areas of the experience.
Are there seats throughout the venue?
There are many areas to sit down throughout the venue. If you require a seat at any point, please speak to a member of staff who will direct you to the closest area.
How crowded is the space?
You are free to roam in this experience, but we anticipate that some areas may be more crowded than others at peak times. If you require additional space for mobility aids, please speak to a member of staff who can assist.
Do you have quiet areas?
If you require a quiet area for any reason, please speak to a member of staff who will be able to point you to a more relaxed area within the space.
Are assistance dogs allowed?
Assistance dogs are allowed within the experience, however please be aware that some of the loud music may not be suitable for dogs. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us before attending.
Do you offer BSL or captioned performances?
Unfortunately we do not have any BSL or captioned shows scheduled currently, but are working towards incorporating this into the experience.
